Pyles & Associates is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Templeton, CA

We are currently looking for a talented and energetic Admin Coordinator to join our clinical team. The job is located in our Templeton, CA clinic.
Pay: $18 - $23 an hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Job Description
  • Assist with payroll and billing
  • Assist with time off and sick time requests 
  • Assist in entering client information, codes and authorizations into Passage Health
  • Update and maintain client authorization timelines
  • Assist with preparing contract fulfillment documents
  • Passage Health tasks- connecting clients and staff
  • Scan, shred and file client information
  • Create new staff badges, new hire binders and business cards
  • Sit at front desk and welcome clients from 11am to 7pm daily
  • Create clinical material requests
  • Tracks and updates office inventory
  • Mail out monthly birthday cards to staff
Requirements
  • Professional and friendly communicator and willing to work as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills and detail oriented
  • Prior experience working in ABA clinic with scheduling experience is preferred (minimum one year administrative experience)
  • Experience using GoogleDrive and Passage Health preferred 
  • Strong ability to multitask 
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks to be done
  • Respond quickly to emails and messages
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
